Male fertility Recipe: Easy Berry-Granola Parfait

Start your morning right with this super-simple parfait. Packed full of all the essential vitamins for male fertility you will start the day energised and satisfied.


  • 1/2 cup frozen blueberries (or other berries)
  • 6 oz plain low-fat yogurt
  • 1 whole-grain granola bar

Make It: 

  1. Put blueberries in a glass.
  2. Pour yogurt over blueberries.
  3. Crumble granola bar over yogurt.

  • Calories: 225
  • Protein: 11g
  • Carbs: 34g
  • Fat: 6g
  • Saturated Fat: 2g
  • Total prep time: 2 minutes
